Architectural Video Production

Julian Parkinson started filming architecture in 2014, back then it was more of a personal interest project than a request from clients as they never seemed to have budget available outside of the regular photoshoot box, so Julian used his filmmaking skills on TV commercial productions for clients such as FedEx, Canadian Tire, TD Bank, Tim Horton’s, Sportchek and the like.

In 2026, video plays an important role connecting architectural design with new audiences who like to press play. Video found its place in the architecture world but it’s still greatly under-utilized by many studios across North America. This is your opportunity to stand out and be the bold one.

The filmmaking process requires a production day that is similar to that of a regular photoshoot, however, the pre-production and editing processes are a little more involved with many more elements to consider.
